Welcome to Selena Travel Canada. Before embarking on your adventure, please carefully review our Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms govern the use of our website, booking procedures and the terms of engagement between you and Selena Travel Canada.

Liability Disclaimer

We arrange services with third party suppliers. We act solely as sales agents and do not own or operate any activity, attraction, transportation or accommodation detailed in your itinerary. Selena Travel Canada will not be liable for any damage or loss of property, personal injury, death or expense by any carrier, supplier or service provider, or of any travel protection plan or insurer.

Force Majeure

Selena Travel Canada will not be liable in any way for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, cancellation or delay resulting from war, mechanical breakdown, terrorist activities, political disturbance, extreme weather, natural disaster, outbreak of serious disease or any other cause whatsoever beyond reasonable control the tour operator or third party supplier.

Booking and Reservation

Reservation Confirmation

Due to seasonal price fluctuations, Selena Travel Canada recommends confirming our price prior to booking.

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the selected tour. A booking reference number will be provided for your records.

The passenger must provide the information requested in the Booking Form, which will be received once an initial deposit has been made. If you fail to provide information required by the tour operator, you will be liable for any costs, fees or losses incurred in the process of amending or rebooking travel arrangements.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as closures, renovations, or overbooking, hotels listed in our tour packages may change. While we strive to maintain the itinerary’s accommodations, we cannot guarantee specific hotel availability.

To enhance your travel experience and ensure seamless access to the activities and attractions included in our tour packages, we strongly recommend booking at least 60 days in advance. While we diligently work to secure reservations for all planned activities and attractions, availability may be limited, especially during peak seasons or for popular events. Please note that some activities and attractions may have specific booking requirements or restrictions, and availability may vary based on factors beyond our control.

Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. A non-refundable deposit of CAD $100 per person is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your departure. Please contact us should you wish to pursue this option.

Tours booked less than 60 days prior to departure require must be paid in full at the time of booking. Overdue payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

All prices are subject to change or surcharge due to government charges, such as national park fees, taxes and fees paid locally in the destination. These fees are out of the control of Selena Travel Canada and must be paid by the customer, even if the booking has been paid in full.

We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Refer to the Payment Instructions page for detailed payment guidelines.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and change of date

All cancellation and date change requests must be received in writing and must state the guest’s name, tour name, start date and reason for cancellation or change. The effective date of cancellation or change is the date Selena Travel Canada receives the written notice.

All cancellations or date changes are subject to Selena Travel Canada’s cancellation penalties, which are as follows unless otherwise specified in your tour:

70 or more days prior to departure: Forfeiture of deposit

  • 30-69 days prior to departure: 50%
  • 8-29 days prior to departure: 100%

100% refers to total package cost

Refunds

In the rare event that Selena Travel Canada or its partners can not deliver a service paid for by a customer, the customer may be entitled to a refund of the service. Refunds will not be provided for unused services.

All refunds are subject to the terms of your tour’s cancellation policy. Refund processing time may vary, and certain non-refundable fees may apply.

Traveler Responsibilities

Documentation

It is the responsibility of the passenger to meet Canada’s entry requirements. Passengers should check with the appropriate Canadian embassy/consulate for up the most up to date visa and entry information, including fees and processing times. Please ensure you possess any necessary visas, including eTA permits, and a current passport with at least six (6) months validity from your return to your country.

Solo Travelers

If an individual purchases a package, they will be responsible for the full cost of accommodations, transportation, and any other expenses typically shared among multiple travelers.

Health and Insurance

Selena Travel Canada strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents and trip cancellation.

The passenger must comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by Selena Travel Canada and its’ affiliates. It is the responsibility of the passenger to stay up to date with Canada’s health and vaccination requirements. By making a reservation, you accept the risks of foreign and domestic travel and confirm you are physically well enough to travel. Guests may be required to review and sign a waiver prior to participating in certain activities.

Payment of a deposit to Selena Travel Canada constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Selena Travel Canada reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
