What to expect: The Winter Vallea Lumina pathway is 1km forest trail consisting of levelled gravel, rolling hills, and a staircase. This experience is 100% outdoors Cafe open with a selection of hot alcoholic beverages and treats (including marshmallows and s'mores!) to purchase The Winter Vallea Lumina pathway is 1km of undulating trail and takes between 30 to 45 minutes to complete depending on each visitor. Please plan for the experience to take 1 hour to fully enjoy it. We recommend booking in advance because our show times are very popular. Please arrive at the showtime listed on your ticket. You will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tickets. Please have these tickets ready and downloaded on your phone, so we can scan your tickets upon arrival. Please check you have received your confirmation email and check your junk folder just in case.

Safety & Guidelines

There must be at least 1 adult, aged 19 or older, with guests 15 years old or under. Tours run in all weather. Please dress for the winter weather. Winter jackets, pants, gloves, and toques are recommended. Closed-toe winter boots or shoes that are comfortable and have soles suitable for snow and ice are highly recommended and high-heeled shoes or boots are not advised. The entire experience takes place outside within a trail network that is partially leveled but not asphalted. These paths are not recommended for people with reduced mobility since they consist of one steeper uphill section and one staircase, and the trail winds uphill and downhill slightly. Using a baby carrier is recommended. To ensure all guests can enjoy the full experience without disruption we do not permit umbrellas or flash photography on the course. Cancellation Policy Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If the show cannot operate due to severe weather or technical difficulties, tickets will be refunded automatically. You will be allowed on the site if you are late, however, you will be delayed if the next showtime is sold out. You will not be permitted to enter after the last showtime of the evening.
