Pre-arrival checklist

Waiver Policy All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

Clothing

Waterproof jacket and pants. Layered clothing (thermal wear recommended). Warm gloves and hat. Insulated snow boots. Goggles or sunglasses.

Personal gear

Camera or smartphone. Snacks and water. Personal medications. Cash for optional extras. Personal identification.

Safety & Guidelines

Driver must be 16+ with valid license or learner's permit CA$35 Mandatory Collision Protection Priced per machine plus 5% GST. Snowmobile Tours: Passengers must be a minimum 6 years old, over four feet tall and fit a xxs helmet Drivers must be 16 years or older and have valid learners or full drivers license physically present Injury & Pregnancy Policy The Adventure Group discourages guests from participating in any of our activities when pregnant, with any current injuries, or any pre-existing back or neck injuries. In order to participate, we would require written consent from a physician with the understanding that all of our activities are outdoors with some form of physical activity involved. Drug & Alcohol Policy Guests cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when joining us on any tour. Guests will be denied entry if you or anyone in your group does not meet the requirements listed above. Snowmobile/Snowshoe Guests 15 and under require an 19+ adult to join them on tour Ages 16+ are able to join all tours without chaperone, granted the minimum requirements are met. Tours run rain or shine. Tours are non-refundable and non-changeable within 24 hours of your departure time.
