Visitor guidelines

To capture your experience, photos may be taken before or after your thermal journey. It’s a great way to record how you felt when you arrived and your overall feeling of wellness after your immersive experience!

The comfort and privacy of all our guests is important to us. No cameras or cellphones will be tolerated on-site during opening hours.

Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly forbidden outside or inside the premises, including our parking lot. We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear to be intoxicated.

Our spa is a child-free facility designed to help our guests fully rejuvenate body and mind. Services are reserved for ages 18 and over.

The spa is situated on a hillside and some of our facilities are accessible by stairs. We do have accessible massage rooms and the changing rooms are accessible by elevator. While not all thermal installations are fully wheelchair-accessible, there is a hot pool, cold plunge, solarium, and eucalyptus steam room all accessible on the top level of the outdoor site without requiring the use of stairs.

The bistro is open daily. We offer snacks and beverages, including sandwiches, wraps and salads, desserts, espresso-based drinks and cold beverages. We also offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.

All food must be eaten in the designated dining area. Please note that outside food is not permitted and there are no in-and-out privileges: please plan your day accordingly.

Pre-arrival checklist

Here is what you need for your spa journey:

• A bathing suit;
• Sandals – optional and NOT AVAILABLE TO RENT but can be purchased at check-in;
• A reusable water bottle.

Feel free to bring a book, a magazine, or a journal if you are feeling challenged by the digital detox or silence policies.
We provide the essentials: two large towels, a padlock and shower products.

Robes can be rented at check-in – all massage bookings and Thermal Journey reservations include the robe rental. The spa sells bathing suits, reusable water bottles, hair ties and sandals at the front desk.

Onsite parking is limited. We strongly encourage alternative modes of transportation such as carpooling, hotel shuttle or taxi.

No. Thermal therapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. For health and safety reasons, therefore, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly.
